Centered around a number of universities in Yogyakarta, we designed the whole building because ACC believed in the local people's spirit there in making a change, and our discussion together led to the final product: a modern, lavish, and Instagrammable office where the employees can have the best moment in ACC with flexible working hours.
There are even hints and motives of the Parang batik as a local touch to symbolize that this ACC belongs to Yogyakarta and its people. But the highlight of it all has to be the big time tunnel on the eighth floor, which provides a walk-through experience through the history and achievements of ACC for everyone to see.
Right off the bat, the marbled lobby walls give a prestigious impression of the office. Meanwhile, the open space and ceiling-less design provide a freeing impression of the outside. Its distinguished color on each floor easily reminds the employees of which floor they are at, like the deep blue on one floor or the bright orange on another, even the toilets are different on each floor. The green settings on the second floor’s data analysis office, for example, give a calming effect for the employees who are working on real-time data
